Warranty for Highlifter is handled directly by them. Customer provides proof of purchase to Highlifter and they complete the warranty.
Super ATV requires Xtreme UTV (seller) to complete all returns/warranty orders. Xtreme will create a return/warranty order on behalf of the customer and submit to Super ATV at customers request. Customers can ship parts directly to Super ATV once return order has been processed or at customers request Xtreme will gladly ship return order to Super ATV.
Xtreme UTV provides manufacturer warranty per manufacturers requirements. Xtreme will provide warranty on products for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Some manufactures may offer longer warranty periods at which time can be determined.
Refused Shipments/Order Cancellations are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight. If a customer wishes to cancel an order (provided it is not a special-order product), it is the responsibility of the customer to cancel the order prior to the product being shipped. If customer cancels an order after product has shipped, the refused shipment, cancellation, or return will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and any freight charges incurred. Orders from outside the United States cannot be returned.
Shipping for oversize items and freight will have additional cost added to standard shipping.
